Can we make the name "Devious Larkin" for a bit of extra description? Apart from that, nice design! The balance looks to be right on, with the closest comparison being Spiketail Hatchling. If we wanted to push it a little, we could remove {t} from the activation cost, but it could also be fine as is.

So, I'm thinking of moving this to WoR, where it would fit better flavorf-wise, and replace it with a slightly larger flier. We'd also need to add a hard counterspell to replace it.
