Not sure whether this really wants to be common. The idea is that it can help work around mana issues in the early game, then act as a mana sink (e.g. give your creatures vigilance) in the late game. And I liked the flavor. Maybe it should go in one of the land slots at rare?

This looks kinda bonkers for common. Amongst other things, it's a Mage-Ring Network, but one that also has "Remove a counter: Target creature gains vigilance UEOT" and assorted other modes!

Definitely wants to be uncommon considering:

At 1, T I agree this would be bonkers. At 2, T maybe still bonkers... who knows?

I agree that this wants to be Uncommon at least, but there aren't any land slots left there. How do I remove this card from the skeleton?

Things turn up in the skeleton if a) they have a "Code" filled in (for this card it's CL02), and b) that code corresponds to one of the lines in the skeleton. The skeleton's source is just a list of code numbers, along with whatever notes on the roles for that slot people fill in. The links to the actual cards are dynamically generated to match whatever cards have corresponding codes.
