Not sure it'll be especially fun to win an EDH game by dealing 15-20+ damage with this one 4-mana spell, mind. Especially for the target.
Huh. My first thought was this was broken. But it occurs to me that Necrologia was not only fine, but got reprinted in 7th edition without anybody crying foul. This might just be solid.
But I personally wouldn't let it target other players. It's already a strong card long before it became a really cheap direct damage spell with no real drawback (dead players can't really use the cards in their hands...)

I was tempted to make it so that you could still bounce someone else's graveyard, but would still be the one to lose the life regardless of whose graveyard was being returned... but I decided it was probably too unintuitive.
