Ah, Song of the Dryads in a more suitable colour :) Reminds me of Darksteel Mutation. The ability to hit any permanent is a lot more powerful though; I suspect this should cost 3 like Song of the Dryads does.

It originally cost 3, but I made it cheaper since it's generally worse than Oblivion Ring. In retrospect it probably should be at 3 regardless, though.
