I don't like giving the option to scry 4 to the opponent. It'd be funny if you always got to scry 4, even when they draw, but also less intuitive.

This probably shouldn't target, as appealing as paying 6 to shock someone is.

Letting you always scry is reminiscent of Probe. But yes, probably simplest to just make this not targeted, so it researches into Foresee.

I liked this targeting as it gave it a 'game-plan' in a pinch, and I always prefer Sign in Bloods that target... but yeah, it doesn't need to. It already plays well with Research even if it doesn't target.

Do note that scry and shuffling are not a very good combo!

The scry still greatly improves the quality of those draws though.

Yeah, for sure. But it's still an important note in that it can cause feel-bad.
