A note for Research designs - the goal is to make it feel like there's a 'game-plan' if you can repeatedly draw it after shuffling it back in.

Also can we NOT give white permanent, unrestricted removal, regardless of mana cost (yes, I hold, and so does maro, that Trostani's Judgment and Angelic Edict are out of pie for white).

I might be misreading this, but as it days "return that card to the battlefield under your control", does that not mean I could exile any of my opponents attackers or blockers and for 1 mana, steal them permanently? Shouldn't it be "return that card to the battlefield under its owners control"?
