Top down card I came up with. Might want to move to RW. Man do I like non-standard revolutionary triggers. I'm sure most of them will go away though :(
I would reorder the text. Move the transform to the second sentence, so that it's a bit clearer when it happens.
I would think it would muddy it up. At any rate, the transform should happen after "it gains haste," so right before the exile clause.
I still disagree, but if I am in the minority, sure, it can change.
If the last ability was "draw a card," it would be at the end as well, so that still leads me to believe the ordering is best as is.

How many spells do we want with "transform all creatures with revolution you control"?
I do think that we want to have a few possible story moments for it. I really like this one, personally, but Uprising of Kaladesh feels more intuitive.
