Trying out a black consolidate card

.... This feels super unblack to me. Tragic Slip Rewards you for doing things you already want to do in black. This feels bad with any number of "lose life" effects were have in the set.

Do we want to switch Consolidate to care about taking damage so that it works better with black? Black doesn't want to take damage, but is totally down with losing life. Rework the flavor to be "untouchable".

I can see the casual play now. "Can't touch this" (*bad beatboxing ensues)

Wait, this mechanic has a horrible problem. It's busted on Instants.

It is very hard for you to take damage during your own turn. At the beginning of your opponent's upkeep, you fire this off almost without fail. This seems a huge problem.

­:( I'm sure we can figure out a wording that works. I'll think about it tonight.

We could just avoid it on instants, could we not? Is that so far out of the question? Its not like we need that many of this effect. Still, let's check out other possibilities.
