True. ...Except, wait, this requires a target on the battlefield? So you can only cast it when someone is casting their second copy of a creature? Um, let's not do that, that's awful.

Well, it doesn't have to be the second copy of the same creature. But I see what you're saying.

...No, wait, I misread it. I read it as saying "with the same name". Okay, I'm back to thinking that this is possibly a bit too good.

I suppose Cryptic Command is a fair comparison. This is pretty much the Cancel+Boomerang mode of Cryptic Command, but with Boomerang replaced with Unsummon.

I think this is still a very strong card, and easily tournament-worthy, but perhaps as brokenly undercosted as I first thought.

Not only is Boomerang replaced with Unsummon, but Cancel is replaced with Remove Soul as well.

And you lose the versatility. I might start testing at 3UU, since counterspells are still getting nerfed, but this is printable.
