Ew, drawback on a 2/5 body for 5. If you want the ability here not to function with evoke, just spell that out in the text of the ability.

I wasn't sure how to phrase it that way, so I put it like this instead. You're right that it does need a bit of strengthening though, so I'll retool it when I have the time.
