Like all good reanimation effects, this one will be used to cheat something giant into play early. At that, though, it might not be excessively overpowered.

In Limited, he's basically a vanilla 3/2, since there aren't many artifacts that are likely to hit the graveyard. But it could be interesting in the right casual constructed deck.
