Is "Enchanted creature gets -1/-1 for each tapped permanent it's controller controls." enough of an improvement to this card?
That sounds like a huge red flag for board-state-complexity reasons, especially if you're leaving out "nonland".
This isn't common. Both tracking and board complexity while not having a great payoff.

Honestly, cut. I'm not much happy with this either. We have room for better cards.
The triggered thing is ridiculous. "Enchanted creature gets -X/-X, where X is the number of tapped creatures its owner controls." (inspired by Death's Approach)
