We didn't see double-strike renown because it's not intuitive that the first hit is 2, then the second is 3. A similar ability - Markov Blademaster - was rare, and though not just because of that, I think it's a solid place for it.

moved the card Vanara Bandit from Tesla Project into Tesla Card Dump
