Not sure which out of this and Insidious Toxifer should get to be the second black mythic, and which should just be rare. They're both somewhere near the border.

This is an OK card but I don't think its Mythic first reaction to it was "oh, OK kill a creature a turn, nice but still doesn't deal with Prot Black, Indestructible, etc. Now if it was a Diabolic Edict every upkeep, then that would be kinda cool - especially in Multi-Player, Politics abound - as it can get the Prot Black and Indestructible creatures.

The Edict/Terror choice is interesting. In many situations this will be better: e.g. against a guy with Wilt-Leaf Liege, Rhys the Redeemed and a token swarm! Also, that kind of thing has been done before, to some extent. World Queller, The Abyss, Braids, Cabal Minion, Smokestack and so on. Whereas this targeted form - "That? That dies." - hasn't seen print like this.

Of course, this is secretly very similar to Visara the Dreadful and Avatar of Woe. But it looks different enough to be somewhat head-turning :)

But I'm happy to leave it as rare rather than mythic for the moment.
