This felt rather underwhelming. I never cast it but didn't like it when it was in my hand.

In the six games I played, I cast it once. It was still underwhelming... :/ I did help dig, but that doesn't mean it felt good to play.

Perhaps Last Thoughts is just overcosted.

Last Thoughts I think is correctly costed as the difference between X cards of card advantage compared to never being able to get CA with looting is huge.

I wonder if this at {u} without the Peek is better?

A lot of the original cipher cards added had very small effects so that it always felt reasonable to cast them, with or without a body to encode them on. Procure Arms being another example. Some of the cards we have on file just don't have an easy shift to Decipher
