It actually probably is common? The canister is a one time thing, and I am not sure how many times you can actually activate this in one turn anyways, even with as many canisters as you can grab.

Doombringer, I was also wary about the power level of this card actually. It is quite strong when you can do it twice in one turn. I'm looking into other possibilities.

Sakura-Tribe Scout, Walking Atlas and Skyshroud Ranger are all common. Okay, Budoka Gardener isn't, but that isn't because of his extra-land-drops ability. Assuming "ETB-Charge" can get suitably internalised, this seems fine for common.
