Changed second line from "if you've revolted, you may activate an ability of this creature without paying its mana cost." which seemed like a roundabout way to get to this IMO, not to mention unnecessarily complicated and likely to cause rule issues (i.e. can you deal free infinite damage?).

Good point, Circeus. I think it was supposed to synergize with "cares about activated abilities" stuff, perhaps?
