changed to new Justice wording
(((Consul Magistrate))) seems to overlap too much here
As an aside about the flavor of Justice, your opponent gaining 2 life doesn't feel like much of a punishment. It's the equivalent of stealing a loaf of bread, getting caught, and having the town clerk pay the baker while you eat your loaf at home.
I understand that not every mechanic has to ring perfectly with flavor. But I really like Justice, mostly because It's screaming with flavor. I would assume you guys would prefer that your swan dive is followed through with a perfect no-splash entry.
my headcanon was that this is someone who gets rewarded for reporting crime.
I'll change the name to make that more apparent.
