I don't think there is enough prowess triggers to make this worth anything. Perhaps as a 2/1?

Not at common.

This was originally an Yoked Ox which would also make sense. I think we might want a different low drop, but I am not sure what.

We probably don't want another such defensive card. Though maybe this could go in the Green off color ability slot?

Radically changed the card. More aggressive 1-drop. Potentially would consider vigilance over prowess here.

Does this card actually belong into this deck? Faith is about collecting creatures and ramping to the seven mana to pray. How does this card add to the central theme of the deck?

Fair point. The thought was that the deck needed something to do with one mana. This card interacts well with the tricks on two.

I think this just wants to be a Doomed Traveler variant.

... Like Honored Missionary

This spot can easily be contested.

Other argument in favor of this existing in the deck is that with the current skeleton, most if not all cards will be 1-ofs in the deck. Having a slight redundancy at the 1 drop slot seems fine.

An alternative might be a 1-mana trick.

SecretInfiltraitor this is defensive bluffing, slowing down early aggression if you have mana up. Also pumping it with green spells make it a large threat due to first strike.
