Any reason why the "can't be blocked' shouldn't be on another line?

(And increase the cost. The possibility of a 3/3 for 2 in blue for the low low cost of sacking one artifact is crazy) Make it 1UU?

Making it 1UU makes it bad for an uncommon, see Phantom Warrior. Maybe 2/1 to start?

Does the "can't be blocked" as an ability set on etb cause memory issues. I think it would, not necessarily in this deck however.

I think it should be unblockable regardless of ETB.
