So this is an artifact raise dead with buyback? I am not a fan of the strength of the recursion here. I would probably make it "another".

A tweak on Myr Retriever / Junk Diver seems reasonable, but not at common. And yes, it clearly needs "another".

I'm also not certain an artifact creature should have a re-engineer ability and a death trigger at once at common.

I would suggest splitting this into two cards, but since one half is literally just Myr Retriever... I'd get rid of the death trigger.
