I don't see one, other than the fact that this would be an almost strictly better Reclamation Sage.

Reclamation is 2/1 without flash, so it's be fine. I was just trying to find a good naturalize variant. We don't really have much that cares about tokens. We can try it as a creature.

Thinking about it some more the flash is not an integral part of the design.
