This is too good for rarity/cost. Suggest making this uncommon and 5 mana.

Looking at it again, giving artifacts hate doesn't do anything is creatures have it as well. I think I'll scrap the ability and figure something new.

I like this a lot more. Could potentially come down in cost depending on how testing shakes out.

Artifact creatures I assumed. Makes it more on theme.

It's artifact creatures now. If you give creatures haste, giving artifacts a separate instance of haste doesn't do anything.
