Whoa, 4 mana? That's eyepopping. But... I guess it's on a land so it's one less mana than it looks like... and it's not repeatable in a single turn like Krark-Clan Ironworks...

No, I think this is still unbalanced. Because of the prospect of dropping a random {1}-cost artifact on turn 1, then using this to cast a 5-drop on turn 2.

4 Mana is a bit absurd. Maybe, add two mana in any combination of U or R to your pool? That way it produces uu or ur or rr.
