This kills enchantments :(
Agreed, should be "destroy all nonland nonenchantment permanents." I'm also uncertain about this casting the spells as opposed to putting permanents on the battlefield.
CasualR that is acceptable for large red chaos spells (though you may want this at 7cmc)
I was unsure whether to put it at 6 or 7
It was just an idea off the top of my head for a big chaos card that hadn't been done. Feel free to edit.
Without paying their mana cost, I assume?
yes. idk if that needs to be specified.
Yes, it does. Also at the moment this leaves everyone with no lands, which is pretty un-fun and distinctly non-"joyous".
destorys nonland permanents
It dooees, but red has a little precedent for that when it's doing everything, such as on Warp World. Or does Maro consider Warp World a pie break now? I thought it was still just about within red's pie.
It needs to be nonland nonenchantment permanents, but beyond that this seems very red.

"this tiny sliver of Red’s color pie" - Yep, sounds like "still just about within red's pie" is right. So this is probably okay as it is.
I'd still much prefer it if it didn't leave everyone with no lands though.
Warp World has a clause about auras for a reason. Without it, auras that enter the battlefield go straight to the bin. I'm not sure how you want to resolve this... just thought it was worth mentioning.
Oh wait... is this 'casting' all the spells? Then that might be fine. Don't know.
It's nonland so everyone's lands are safe.
