Hee. Any land that can produce two mana needs a hefty drawback and extremely careful scrutiny. I think this cycle might just about be okay, though. Entering tapped is very sensible even with the tight restriction. Nice work.
To be honest this cycle is mostly here as a wishful thinking placeholder. I love it in theory (it effectively produces W or U for twobrid cards, and only produces 2 mana for other cards if you can already produce W or U on your own), but I'm pretty keenly aware that 2-mana lands are almost always broken, so this will probably have to change eventually.
