Hmm. That's quite a bit better than Mana Cylix. But I always thought Mana Cylix was an awful card. Most of the tweaks on it to make it playable have also taken the cost up to : Prophetic Prism, Prismatic Lens. This leaves it at , making it strictly better than Mana Cylix, but you could hardly make this cost or it'd be worse than Prophetic Prism.

So it's a tricky space you're playing in. I think I like this, but I wonder whether the cycling-from-play cost should be rather than .

I wanted to keep the cost low so that the hypothetical artifacts deck can dump them into play easily. The draw costing is trickier, but I think I'll leave it at 1 for now, and keep an eye on it.
