siphon overhaul
While this whole cycle is really cool, I think they will be close to unplayable. They give you a (smallish) advantage 1 or 2 turns down the line, probably a lot more given the 3 mana activation cost. Spend your turn 3 to not affect the board. Turn 4, also don't affect the board? I think you want to fit these somewhere else on the curve. Possibly at 1? And maybe require 5 charge counters and no mana?
