Why the "if they have one or more cards" clause on the emblem? If they don't have one or more cards, then a discard instruction simply does nothing, so there's no harm in executing it.

Actually I need a different wording on the ultimate. One that is crystal clear about how drawing with zero card in hand doesn't cause the card to be discarded.
