This card is very powerful. It should be uncommon (and be a premium Path to Exile type card), or cost 3 or maybe even 4.

Also, the card isn't doing much "ignoring". You can probably find a better name.

Uncommon for 2 is probably okay. High power (fog a creature + Memory Lapse you), but white does get very good anti-attacker spells at uncommon.
