Oo. Guided Strike but better. Probably fine - I liked Guided Strike but it seemed many other people weren't that bothered. Note that this is also strictly better than Rise to the Challenge/Skillful Lunge/Thunder Strike, though, so Development might add to the cost of this.

I'll test it in its current form, but being able to eat a creature during combat and draw a card for that low of a cost seems a little powerful at common. Depending on how the set turns out, I might add like you suggested or just make it a functional reprint of Thunder Strike.
