Discards their hand? As in Wit's End? On a land? Um, what?

Spell effects on lands need to be rather more expensive than the corresponding card, because it's not taking up a spell slot in your deck. This one is even functioning as a dual land as well. My instinct says 6 mana and sac a land is nowhere near expensive enough to get this effect on a land.

Now if it was either/or rather than both/and, as in Perplex, that could probably be a little cheaper.

Some of the others in this cycle, Kenensil Burrows and Xyleris Lava Fields, are similarly crazy power level. The {r/g} and {w/u} ones are merely very good.

I wanted something that justified the high cost. Gavony Township is pretty insane to me...
