Hmm. This is very good. Reminds me of Captain of the Watch, but this gives twice the power pump to the rest of your team. Field Marshal was very good, and this looks rather better. I think either +1/+0 and first strike, or +2/+0 without first strike, would be more sensible and still good enough.

Nine power of first strike, for five mana? That's... really efficient. Really REALLY efficient. Being split over several bodies is a bit of a downside of course, but not a huge one.
