Seems about right - I think you can get +2/+2 for the same cost, but without the untap. Kikyo is better - giving you untap-ish-everything +an extra creature, but no extra toughness.

Comparable to Gleam of Resistance. Knocking {2} off the cost for the removal of basic landcycling is probably fair.

Hm, yeah. I think I'm bad at costing these common white mass pump effects because I rarely play a deck with enough white weenies to make them really good, so they always seem overcosted. I imagine gleam gets the extra cost from mass untap, but not really sure.
