Yeah, that's because it's white. White sometimes gets grizzy bears but often gets 1W or WW 2/2 or 2/3 weenies with upsides even at common.

Funny. I epected the journalist to reveal the top card of the library, and if its a superhero, sacrifice Journalist and put the superhero into play. You know... mild mannered reporter over here.
