Um. Won't the opponent normally just sacrifice this creature, unless they've got some reason to benefit from a sacrifice engine?

Yeah, wants to be "another creature"
And might stand to be slightly beefier, to try and tempt them into keeping it for a while. And to make it slightly more punishing to you.

Because "I take 1 damage a turn, my opponent sacrifices a creature a turn" is a bit good for this low cost.

Should this creature include a rider so the person stuck with it doesn't automatically lose if they don't control creatures with a casting cost of three or less? Something like:

"...sacrifice another creature. If you can not, sacrifice Concealed Traitor."
