Can probably be {1}{g}, since this isn't just "draw enough cards with descendant", but also you need enough things in graveyards at the moment they ETB. In fact this could perhaps even be one mana.

This mechanic reminds me heavily of kixleart's ancestry, as seen on Blood Ascendant and Bloodline Shaman.
