Hm. Goblin Sharpshooter with some irrelevant extra P/T, and a much more restrictive untap condition, not able to hit players, and charging twice as much?

Thaaat's more like it!

This compares pretty well to Kamahl, Pit Fighter now. It's pretty close to Marsh Casualties / a one-sided Pyroclasm, but also sticks around as a one-sided Aether Flash. Powerful. But probably printable.
