Powerful for its effect, slightly washy as a land... seems fair.

I would strongly object to naming anything "Uru circumflex bosh baen" but that part isn't your fault, really.

Originally the elves named it Ilirea, but when Galbatorix slaughtered them and took it over, he renamed it. Just another reason to depose him, I guess.
