Nice tweak on Gerrard's Command. Slightly above the usual curve of CMC N for giving +N/+0 and first strike (Thunder Strike/Rise to the Challenge, Skillful Lunge/Zealous Strike all have N=2, Slaughter Cry has N=3, Coordinated Assault/Weapon Surge/Kindled Fury/Crowd's Favor/Swift Justice all have N=1), but that might be excusable by being uncommon and gold.
It's hard to make a good reference point because these effects have almost never been done at CC, but I think Desperate Stand hints that this is a legit card.
