Exiling "under" something might be common practice and even parlance, but it's not proper rules terminology. That said, this is a pretty neat design.

I would word this "Exile up to two target cards from among graveyards, then put a 1/1 colorless Golem artifact creature token onto the battlefield with all activated abilities of each card exiled this way."

I like that.

What is a metagolem? Is it going to matter mechanically? If not, I would just leave them as Golems and only make the flavor care about "metagolems."
