Shouldn't be too hard. Untap all my creatures for {1}{u}? Good thing this doesn't cantrip, or all those Jeskai Ascendancy decks would be very, very happy.
You could use imitate here. "Untap all creatures you control. They imitate target permanent. (They gain all names of that permanent until end of turn.)"
