Far more restrictive than Prey Upon / Pit Fight. Even if the set has tons of Mutants and tons of way to make creatures Mutants, this is still painfully restrictive. Making it cheaper wouldn't even help really.

Yeah; change the second bit to "or target creature you don't control" and it's probably fine; though.
