Ooh. As a player of red artifact decks, this is exciting to me. I'm not sure (genuinely) whether this kind of potential card advantage is allowed at common or not.
It probably isn't. I'm not very good at commons. :-/
Yeah, repeatable card advantage aside, I think the complexity bumps this up to uncommon. (draw a card, discard a card, pay 1U, draw a card)
I'd redflag it, but unless you need the complexity elsewhere this should be okay. The card advantage isn't too big a deal.
