And I'm REALLY not sure what to do here. Blue needs a good cheap common creature; but doesn't get a grizzly nor a 1/2 for {u}.

Maybe just grin and bear it?

These days blue gets 1/3 for {1}{u} (Lumengrid Warden and many others), so that seems the sensible tweak here.

Plausible, but that would lead to a LOT of ground-stall; FE was hardly power-heavy.
