Delif's Cube is on the 'never reprint list' allegedly to preseve it's value. Which is, um currently at a lifetime high of $0.47 ! So yeah, whut? And it lets you selective sabotage yourself in order to build up regeneration counters. Which sounds decent, but plays painfully. I think that should charge up to allow-unblockableness. Which also seems bad; but it means you can maybe get a few early attacks through, to charge up a big one later; or make an opponent think twice about leaving even slmall things unblocked; forcing them to actually block and trade creatures more often.
How to be polite to Delif? Your artifacts SUCK dude. We need better ones.
