Another idea for how to do "predicting your opponents' moves", since Set in Motion is way too wordy. Predict is a keyword action that needs something to refer to it, which isn't ideal, but there are lots of variants of what you can do with that information. This also suggests a minor theme for a few cards in the set to have some way to see a partial set of the opponent's cards (look at the top card of their library, that kind of thing).

Ah, interesting take on explicitly having to choose. You could maybe make it "exile a card from [your graveyard/your hand and draw a card/the top four cards of your library] facedown" and require the target to match that in some way, that adds a slight random component and also removes the need for choosing open-endedly and making notes? Although I don't like that the exiled card isn't otherwise used, maybe it returns to hand afterwards?
