Whoa. On turn 1 this can make a 2/2, and then make another 2/2 every turn from then on? Seems like the +1 needs to be more like a -1 or -2. Perhaps the +1 could be self-mill or mill each player, as that's often something useful for necromancers (see Necromancer's Assistant) and fits in to the ultimate.

Making a 1-drop planeswalker is very dangerous. I could see these abilities on a 3-drop 'walker.

i would also want the -2 to be a -3, if not nerfed to be conditional.

Yeah, that's better. This can now be a Sarcomancy/Carnophage with no drawback on turn 1, but Diregraf Ghoul already basically went there already so I think that's fine (especially since you're using up a mythic for it if you use it that way).
