Honestly have no idea how to cost this. Completely terribly hilariously useless, until its not, in which case it seems pretty good (Constellation cards come to mind).
Heh! Yes indeed. Hmm. As the kind of card that nobody would ever play unless they were doing something like that, it might need to cost more. (Ouch, this is fairly obscene with Warp World.)
