Nice. Strongly reminiscent of Foresee, which is unfortunately strictly better. This can't be any cheaper than Foresee with its current text, but it could at least be {3}{u} rather than {2}{u}{u}.

It wasn't necessarily strictly worse than Foresee, as the sifting ability is uncounterable (unless your opponent brought a Stifle to a Waft fight.) Still, I did change it to a mostly uncounterable Index attached to a divination.
